Dreamer came to Proverbs' from a backyard breeder who kept him in a small pen that was never cleaned. He was caked in feces when we got him and had never had vet care. He has come a long way from being frightened all the time, to enjoying being held. He’s close to being house trained with a dog door, but would need help in a new home. He would need slow introductions to new situations and is not recommended for small children. He would need to be kept on leash at all times when outside because he like to hide under shrubs and can run remarkably fast. He’s a special little dog who has made remarkable progress and deserves a shot at a great adoptive home.
