**FOSTER NEEDED** Meet Jack!!  Jack was a stray found in Bellevue and taken in by Proverbs when no owners could be located. Energetic and good-natured, Jack loves to play with other dogs though occasionally finds one he doesn't get along with. He mostly ignores cats.  Beagle through and through, he will follow his nose at any enticing scent, so he needs a secure fence or to be kept on a leash when outside. He is not a fan of crates and doesn't like being left by himself.

Jack would do well in a family that can provide him plenty of exercise and love, and maybe another dog or two to play with.
