"Hello! My name is Shaw. I'm a young mixed boy - I appear to be Rottweiler and Lab. I LOVE attention!

I love to be close to my people and I won't hesitate to use my nose forcefully to get your attention. I will also roll all the way on top of you for my favorite thing - belly rubs!

I really enjoy stuffed and squeaky toys, but don't be surprised when I tear them up. I must have a yard to chase tennis balls, birds, squirrels, etc and to romp in. I get very excited very easily, but at the end of my days, I love to just snuggle up on the couch."

"I'm very motivated by treats and have learned the commands come, sit, all the way down (lying down), and down (get off). I also understand no and will respond to it immediately. I have only had one accident since being in my foster home and will wait by the door when I'm done going potty. I have a foster sister that I get along with well. I am always SO excited when I encounter other dogs and MUST be introduced on a leash. It takes time for me to calm down and play nicely with other dogs. My foster sister is the queen of the house and I respect her boundaries. I do not like when other dogs come near my food or treats, so I must be fed at the same time and away from another dog. I have not been introduced to cats, but I really like to bark at them from the other side of the fence! I am still working on my leash manners and need some work to be an enjoyable walk/run buddy!"
