These beautiful pups came to us as owner surrenders along w/ mom --- Momma Emmy Jo. Mo.m is a rat terrier/ chi mix, dad is a purebred sheltie. The pups look more chi/ sheltie than rat terrier. With the breed mix we do expect them to be on the small to possibly medium size - but as always, no guarantee on size.
