Hi! My name is Zoey! If you pick me to be your dog, I promise I will always love you and be a good girl. All I want is lots of love, food, and to sit on your lap. I also like to play ball, but once you throw it, I just want to keep it and have you chase me around. My foster mom says I would do best with a fenced yard. I am good with cats and kids. I am grateful to be rescued and won't be a problem. I don't chew on things I am not supposed to. My foster mom says I am a GREAT dog!! I am only 37 lbs. and am just over 3 years old. I am also potty trained. Please pick me! I will love you forever!!!   I really just want to lay on the couch and snuggle with you. 

 

Zoey is special needs. We believe she was hit by a car and sustained a spinal injury which left her a little bit incontinent. We took x-rays which revealed the injury. Before we tried surgery to correct the condition, which may or may not work, we wanted to see if we could manage the condition with medication, which is working!!  Zoey is on a hormone along with Proin. She will sometimes need an antibiotic to treat recurring urinary tract infections. Other than taking the medication for her incontinence, she is a healthy, happy girl with a long life ahead of her. Her adoption fee is waived for her adopter.
