Leona is a white chi/papillion mix who is NOT good with children, rescued from a breeding situation in horrible conditions.  
She is special needs requiring a quiet household.  Needs some TLC and learn to live as a dog should live.  She has been rescued a month ago and is slowly improving her social skills but will do best if she continues living with her best friend, Pheona.  Therefore, the two must be adopted together at a reduced fee. They look almost identical.
