Tallulah is a little chi/rat terrier mix adopted from us who had to be returned because of the severe allergies her owner had. It was very sad for the owner and Tallulah and she needs some TLC and a new home. She is the sweetest little girl who needs a patient, consistant owner who has time for her. She is 11 mos. old and wants to be where ever you are - will jump a 4 foot fence as she does not like to be left alone. Will "love nibble" but won't bite. She is such a lap dog she prefers to lay in your lap even when you are driving. Good thing she is small - under 10 lbs.
