Sweet little Vinny justs wants someone to snuggle, cuddle and love on. He is most comfortable being held or in your lap. He's had a rough start in life and therefore is cautious and skittish but he does warm up. Vinny needs a quiet home where he gets lots of hands on snuggle time in. He is playful with like sized dogs and the company would probably serve him well. He was an owner surrender and needs to put on weight as well. Three years old and fully vetted.
