We rescued Scoots when she was 8 weeks old (found abandoned by a country creek) and she was adopted but returned recently at 7 mos. old because their toddler was being knocked over. She has always been friendly and did get along well with children and other dogs until all her moving from home to home has made her very protective of her "people."  For this reason she no longer welcomes kids who visit her at the home she is in so we feel it would be best she not be with a family with kids or one who has grandkids over as she may go into "protective mode" and growl at them. She's a great medium sized dog. She's calm, well behaved for a pup and knows basic commands.
