Delilah is one of those dogs who might be a little shy at first—but give her just a little time and she blossoms into the sweetest, most affectionate girl. She loves to cuddle up beside you on the couch, gently lick your hand, and try to sneak in a few face kisses. She’s soft, loving, and just wants to be close to her people.

She’s great in her crate overnight, sleeping soundly with no fuss. She’s still working on feeling comfortable being crated for longer stretches during the day, but she’s making good progress. She’s also doing great with house training—no pee pads, just regular potty breaks outside and she’s golden.

Delilah absolutely loves other dogs and spends her days happily playing with her foster siblings. A fenced yard is a must for her—she needs that space to romp and play freely. She’s also a quiet, easy companion. Her foster even brought her to work, and Delilah just chilled under the desk all day like a pro.

She’s a big fan of toys (any kind will do!), and she can spend a good chunk of time chewing on her Nylabone. She also has a soft spot for treats like apples and cheese—two of her favorites.

Delilah is sweet, submissive, and just a happy girl. With the right family—one that’s patient, kind, and has another dog or two for her to play with—she’s going to shine so bright. She’s a diamond for sure.
