Carl is a sweet baby who loves his person. 
He loves to snuggle and follow his person everywhere.   He’s still a little shy around new people but warms up quickly.  He wants nothing more than to be loved.    Carl gets along with dogs.  He is potty pad trained and will also potty when taken outside.
