A very pregnant Madonna was abandoned in the heat spell of July. She was extremely thin and covered with ticks and fleas when rescued. She delivered 7 healthy pups on Aug 1. She is very sweet and affectionate. She weighed 40 lbs. fully pregnant so her normal weight will be in the 30lbs range.
We think dad may have been the white german shepherd that was rescued with her and that the pups will probbly be large. The pups are growing like weeds and are ready for their new homes.
