Karter Kitty was pulled out of a car engine covered with oil. He was a red hot mess. Once he was finally cleaned up, we saw that he was absolutely adorable! Karter is an easy-going, fun-loving little guy. He and his friend Skeeter have been having a great time in their foster home. Karter loves to play and just hang out with his foster family.
