WaWa was at a local shelter that contact Proverbs to help with him. He was scared to death in this strange very loud shelter with so many lost and unwanted animals. He cowarded in the back of his kennel in fear and would let no one touch him. Proverbs stepped up to give him a chance. He's in a foster situation where he loves his foster mom. He needs alot of one on one attention by a previous Chihuahua owner, who loves to work with tiny dogs that need to be reassured. Prefer an adult home only, as children will scare him.
