Meet sweet Ivy. If you are looking for a complete and total cuddle bug ... THIS is your girl!!

This sweet girl was spotted tied outside to a raggedy front porch. Upon further inspection, she was emaciated and then we saw puppies. Sadly 2 of the 7 had already succumb to the freezing weather. We rescued this starving sweet momma dog and her 5 living pups. All of the puppies have been adopted and and NOW it's Ivy's turn. She has gained TEN pounds and is now healthy and ready for her own home!!

You will absolutely LOVE Ivy. She loves cuddling and loving on you! SHE LOVES children!!! She is a solid block of muscle and may knock over tiny children, but she certainly won't mean to. I do not have cats so she has not been cat tested.

She has had very little training, though she has caught on to house-training quickly. She is smart and learns quickly. She can NOT eat food around other dogs because of being starved her whole life. That may get better. Also, she must be introduced to other dogs very slowly. If she feels threatened, she may lash out. That being said, she loves playing with other dogs once she feels comfortable with them.

She is a joy!! You wont regret giving this girl a chance.
