Charlie is a gorgeous purebred, about 18 mos old at most, who is very sweet and submissive. He received zero attention from his previous family and yet is such a lover. He just wants someone to play with, go on walks with, someone to be with instead of being tied up outside. He is lonely yet very smart and learns quickly as he is so eager to please.
