Blessing is a delightful little dog who deserves nothing but the best after her rough start in life. She had been living on the Interstate, scavenging for food for at least several months, probably her entire life. A wonderful volunteer picked up this sweet girl who was starving and had a severe  skin condition. She has blossomed in foster care! Blessing has reached her ideal weight of 25 lbs and is not likely to get much bigger in overall size. Her skin condition is improving and she will be spayed before adoption.

She is completely housebroken, good with dogs of all sizes and cats. Blessing goes on daily car rides and sits like an angel. She has one flaw - she gets overly excited at feeding/treat time and will jump up.  Foster mom thinks this is a result of her always having to compete for food in the past and will subside as she becomes more secure. She is otherwise calm and demonstrates good behavior. Blessing is an absolute doll!  If interested, please complete our online application.
