Raz 'm Taz I just wanted to update you on our adoption of Sasha (Raz'mTaz). We adopted her in August this past year(2009). She has been a wonderful companion to our son Wyeth. He LOVES her so much. He thinks she is the best dog in the world (rightfully so). She has a very sweet disposition and has been getting along great will all animals and people she meets. Whoever fostered her did an awesome job with her house breaking–she never has an accident. She has been a nice addition to our family and we appreciated all the hard work you do in rescuing and finding homes for all this pets. We thought you would enjoy seeing the fruits of your hard work.
Helga (Helga) Patsy is named after Patsy Cline. She is doing wonderfully. She’s a big girl now…in excess of 50 pounds. We’ve decided that her birthday is June 1, so her first birthday is coming up. She loves her big brother Charley almost as much as she loves having her belly scratched. In the photo, Charley is objecting to the fact that she’s on HIS loveseat. She doesn’t seem to care, though. Helga/Patsy has been a wonderful addition to our family. She and Charley play non-stop unless they are asleep. Thanks again for everything!
Sugar Sugar Bear was at 3 mos of age with an injured front leg. The vet could not save her leg and it was removed. I brought her home to foster and after 3 mos, decided to adopt her. She is so amazing, she loves to run and play with all 8 of my dogs. She can jump up on the bed and then back down again. She's amazing to watch, and more wonderful to love and snuggle with. She knows nothing but love. She's now 6 months old and growing into an adorable lady.
Steve Pepe (Steve) is doing well. Cheech (adopted in 5/09) is the big brother and Pepe follows his leadJ. They are wearing off on each other and as soon as Pepe is completely settled (there are times when he is still al little timid) I plan to do some obedience training for the both of them. They are both spoiled little babies and Pepe eats just as much as Cheech does. They run together, play together and are really good friends. The attached picture was after playing really hard last weekend! It’s funny how similar their mannerisms have become and this was a perfect example of that!
Iris Hi everybody, So sorry I took so long to get an update of Iris to you, but here she is. Iris is doing very well. She slowly is getting her hair back and as you can see she has been groomed and looking great. She loves her bed in our bedroom and gets along with our other dog, Baylie, very well. More and more the Westie in her is coming out and she is so fun to play with. Thank you for letting us adopt her. She is really my little girl. Please post this so everyone who was asking about her can see that she is in a good place now. Janet Gunderson Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
